This free 6-week workshop is designed to support family caregivers of individuals with chronic health conditions. The interactive program helps caregivers reduce stress, avoid burnout, and develop essential self-care skills. It focuses on the caregiver's well-being, offering tools to thrive in the caregiving role. Open to caregivers at any stage of their journey, the workshop is not intended for paid or formal caregivers.
