This free 6-week workshop is designed to support family caregivers of individuals with chronic health conditions. The interactive program helps caregivers reduce stress, avoid burnout, and develop essential self-care skills. It focuses on the caregiver's well-being, offering tools to thrive in the caregiving role. Open to caregivers at any stage of their journey, the workshop is not intended for paid or formal caregivers. Little ones and their caregivers are welcome to join us each Tuesday morning for a drop-in, tot-friendly Museum visit! This unstructured program allows children to play their way through the galleries, with opportunities to explore their senses, create art and make new friends along the way.
